Update of pink skin

I made some little modifications to pink skin:

  • added last comments section on right side bar
  • new icon for lists (works with IE now)
  • links to previous, next pages are using titles
  • better alignment for calendar css icon under IE
  • better alignement for css class first letter
  • added skininfo.html
Also, a beta of the green skin is available on sf.net cvs.
